Electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine is based on electromagnetic induction heating technology, the use of eddy current heating effect is made of aluminum foil sealing machine, the machine will be useful features, good performance and simple operation of integration can be widely used in pharmaceutical, food, oil, chemical, home-based, agricultural and other users of bottled and sealed, such as plastic bottles (PP, PVC, PET, ABS, HDPE, PS, DURACON)plastic bottles and various composite hose and various non-contact heating sealing, is one of the most advanced sealing equipment. This equipment is mainly used electromagnetic induction principle, the use of ultra high-frequency current delivered to the host sensor head, the alternating current through the coil generates high-frequency alternating magnetic field, under the head of the bottle in aluminum foil sensor senses the magnetic field, resulting in a vortex, then through specific control, to achieve its instant heat, melt the aluminum foil on the composite film and quickly bonded with the bottle to achieve high quality and efficient sealing purposes.
